Parsley Pecan Cheeseball











  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/3 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onion
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 t. spicy mustard
  • 1/4 t. tobasco sauce
  • 1 garlic clove chopped
  • 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley

Lightly toast pecans at 350* for about 10 minutes.  Combine all ingredients except pecans and parsley.   Roll into a ball and chill for about 15 minutes, and then coat with pecan and parsley mixture.  Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
